The couple was coming from Panama. They told us their story and their love for travelling. They made us discover their country which we don’t really know. Panama is situated in Central America between Costa Rica and Colombia. It is well-known for its Canal. Panama became independent in the 70s. They spoke to us in Spanish, English and said a few words in French. They showed us many photos and maps  in order to make us realize that Panama is a beautiful country.

Thanks to our teachers, their sense of contact, we, students are proud to have been able to meet two charming people from Panama. Panama isn’t  just a canal, it is a beautiful  country with the two biggest oceans all around,  volcanic areas in the north and beaches  with white sand on the coasts.
We know that if one day, we want to visit this country, we will be warmly welcome by these open-minded and nice  Panamanians.

Panama is a developing country which is going to be one of the richest country of South America in the coming years. Tourism in Panama is dedicated to rich people in the southern coast but there are also cheaper places. Living conditions aren’t bad and the rate of billionaires  is improving. It was colonized in 1500. There was a revolution to become independent. Its relations with the USA are quite great. This country creates embroided bags which are a symbol of the country. It is situated between Costa Rica and Colombia. Its official language is Spanish. The two people travel a lot and the lady had already visited France, she can speak French.
